Zipcar changed my booking without letting me know. It was not even for the same day and time!! They also charged me for cancelling the booking when it was Zipcar that changed the booking
I had to re-book and sort out refund for my original booking. But today I found that they have taken extra money out of my account, again without telling me.
I called them and spoke to one of their staff who didn't have a clue what I was taking about and who was unable to help me. There is no-one to talk to when things go wrong, you have to make a complaint in order to get someone from Zipcar to look at the problem.
Stay clear of this company!
