Thieves

Zipcar changed my booking without letting me know. It was not even for the same day and time!! They also charged me for cancelling the booking when it was Zipcar that changed the booking
I had to re-book and sort out refund for my original booking. But today I found that they have taken extra money out of my account, again without telling me.
I called them and spoke to one of their staff who didn't have a clue what I was taking about and who was unable to help me. There is no-one to talk to when things go wrong, you have to make a complaint in order to get someone from Zipcar to look at the problem.
Stay clear of this company!

No customer service

I ordered trousers from Santa Cruz on 28 November (Order no 16000105434) but they are yet to turn up (after DPD send them back to Santa Cruz without attempting to deliver them to me). I have lost count on the times I have tried to email Santa Cruz to get more information on my order, but I have not had any replies and there isn't a phone number where I can reach them. I have little hope of receiving the trousers and I don't think I will get my money back either.
