Ordered sunglasses that never arrived

Ordered sunglasses which were being shipped from Italy, they never left Italy according to the UPS tracking, they had to be returned to Oakley due to technical issue, payment taken from my account, but I have to wait 15 working days for a refund when the package never left their couriers. Asked if they could send another pair in replacement to be told they couldn't do that. I could reorder. I don't understand why they couldn't ship a replacement pair if they were aware that something had happened between them leaving the warehouse and in the possession of the courier.

My daughter ordered clothes last month

My daughter ordered clothes last month, Couriers said they attempted delivery but didnt and returned back to santa cruz. Been unable to contact them, emails don't get answered. Presently £92 out of pocket and no sign of receiving the goods or a refund. Order number 16000102398

Very disappointed until my query was resolved, now happy

Very disappointed, purchased a mattress during the sales after booking day, all adverts on display and tv advising sale ends Dec 29th. Only to find the following day a new sale has started with the same item reduced by another £70! Customer services have not responded to my emails, leaves you filling exploited when they reduce yet again the day after their big sale finishes.

Had a response from customer services who agreed to match the new sale price, I am happy with their response, the staff at the Cwmbran shop were very helpful with the original purchase.

No updates provided on new vehicle…

No updates provided on new vehicle order. Had to keep chasing up, salesman never available, had keep leaving messages and never returned calls. Very frustrating, happy enough calling you to see if your looking to replace your exsisting car.
Could not even confirm the registration number of the new vehicle until 2hrs before close of business the day before we planned to collect the vehicle.
