Ordered sunglasses that never arrived
Ordered sunglasses which were being shipped from Italy, they never left Italy according to the UPS tracking, they had to be returned to Oakley due to technical issue, payment taken from my account, but I have to wait 15 working days for a refund when the package never left their couriers. Asked if they could send another pair in replacement to be told they couldn't do that. I could reorder. I don't understand why they couldn't ship a replacement pair if they were aware that something had happened between them leaving the warehouse and in the possession of the courier.
