Excellent Service by Customer Service

Had Hive installed on Friday and not operated correctly since. I spoke with Mbasa Mgujulwa on the Hive helpline and after trying various options, we finally got it sorted. Mbasa was patient, professional and knowledgeable. She imparted information in an understanding manner without sounding patronising. At the end of the call, I found out that this was her first live call after finishing her training. I asked to speak to her supervisor to ensure the praise was recorded by the correct level of management. Certainly had my faith in the Hive System restored by this agent.

Well worth the 2 hour drive

We drove from the midlands to specifically go to this store, and we weren't disappointed. As we walked through the door, we were greeted by a friendly, smiling salesman called Wado. Immediately put at ease with his warmth, we explained the reason for our visit was to view the quality of their Christmas trees with a view to purchase.
Wado showed us all options on the large screens, synced to his laptop, and pointed out the display trees in the showroom. Having made our choice, he offered us a further 5% discount so we placed our order and look forward to our delivery next Friday. The showroom is spacious, beautifully appointed, and offers great choice across many aspects of home furnishings.
I have already recommended Moda to someone else and will continue to do so.
Would happily rate the customer service team, store, Wado and the whole experience 10/10. Simply brilliant.

Never to return

Booked a table at what was once our favourite restaurant to celebrate our wedding
anniversary. 2 years ago, we had cause to complain about a rude and discourteous waiter. I have numerous emails apologising and assuring us that he would be taken off front of house duties until he met their high standards. We have been back several times since with no issues. However last night we had the misfortune of being seated by this waiter again. My first annoyance was the fact that instead of going behind me to place my side plate, he just leant straight across me with his arm in my face. He then took our order.my wife ordered her favourite go-to meal but got the words round the wrong way. He belittled her by looking at her and corrected what she was ordering We asked for a green salad but asked that it contains no Rocket as neither of us like it
Our meals were served by lovely staff and were constantly asked if we required further drinks etc, As our mains were served, the salad was put in front of us, full of Rocket, and for the 1st time since taking the order, he was standing behind the waitress. We refused the dish, and it was duly replaced At the end of the meal, the manager asked if everything was OK and I told him it was not. I relayed what had happened and the fact that this same waiter was supposed to have been retrained/ disciplined for the exact same thing from a previous visit, #Rocketgate, only the other time he held a bottle of water against my face when I asked if it was chilled. The manager apologised, but as we were leaving, he attempted to make excuses for his waiter, saying he's not a nasty man it was just his way. I replied if that's his way, then he shouldn't be in this profession, let alone front of house and that we will not be returning. Again the manager Georgio apologised and we left

Start to Finish Perfection

From my initial enquiry with regards to lead times during these difficult times, to hanging our beautiful curtains, the service has been exemplary. The curtains are beautifully made, the fabric is better than we remembered from the swatch and they hang perfectly.
So happy we chose to go with Britannia Rose, we would use again, and will happily recommend to family and friends alike.
