I had a terrible experience with Brian Holt lettings! I moved into the property almost 3 years ago and there were a plethora of issues. I was in contact with the then property manager, Scott Flegg, who, quite frankly, was a chocolate teapot. He kept saying that the issues will be resolved and that he would get back to me. Months and months went by, radio silence. It has now been almost 3 years and the issues would still have been left unresolved if it were not for the efforts of Joanne Keane. I had recently chased up the said issues with Scott, but, once again, he was up to his old tricks. He left the company a few weeks back and Joanne took over his outstanding affairs. Joanne has been a God send. Despite a huge workload, Joanne resolved the outstanding issues. Joanne has remained polite professional, patient and very understanding throughout. Although I have given the company a 0 rating, I would give Joanne 12/10 for her hard work and dedication. Thank you Joanne.

I attended the Birmingham store in May and was not impressed with the measuring service. They measured my shirt size but not my waist and leg. Anyway, I purchased several non-iron shirts and other garments, totalling to over £500. I was initially quite pleased with shirts however, after a few wash and dry cycles, the shirts have began to shrink. Also, even after drying, the shirts still have creases. I believe it is now too late to return these items.
Also, I have been trying to purchase a cotton/linen slim jacket but they never have my size in stock. I have been trying for months.

Review of London Stansted Airport
Very satisfied overall except for the experience at the e-passport gate on my return. 5 e-passport machines (all next to each other) were closed. The security guard said that they were not working. I do not believe this to be true, but even if they were broken they should have been fixed immediately, there was a massive queue!
Review of Pricefactor
I purchased an LG washer/dryer and was informed that the item was currently out of stock, so I opted to wait for the stock to arrive believing that it wouldn't take to long to arrive.
I waited about a week and had not heard back from Pricefactor so I gave them a call. They told me the item was still out of stock but were expecting a shipment on a given date. So I waited and then called back on the said date to complete the order only to be told that the stock had still not arrived and that it will be arriving on a different date. So I waited again, rang back, they were still out of stock.
Eventually, the stock arrived and the order was placed, the washing machine arrived a week later.
The machine arrived with a damaged lid and dents on the side panel caused internally. I rang Pricefactor to report the damage and they said they will need to arrange for the washing machine to be picked up at some point in the following week and that they can only process a refund once they have received the machine back into their warehouse. They were not able to reorder a machine at this time despite their website stating that there was stock available.
In summary, I've had to wait about 3 weeks for a damaged washing machine to arrive which is now sat in my kitchen as a giant paper weight. I have to wait for it to be picked up and arrive back in their warehouse before I can receive a refund, then I will have to place a new order and face further delays
Review of Oak Furnitureland
There is a slight 'crush' in the bottom right hand corner of the single wardrobe segment of the triple wardrobe. This has been reported by email.
Other than that, I am very pleased with the furniture so far and the delivery guys were very polite and very capable. Will definitely shop again and recommend to others
