DO NOT USE

THEY WILL TAKE YOU MONEY,QUESTION AFTER QUESTION WHEN YOU MAKE A CLAIM,4 MONTHS AND ITS STILL GOING ON CAUSING NOTHING BUT STRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Our pet became ill last year,and requires on going medication,we contacted blue insurance,who advised us to fill out a claim form,which we did,we had a reply back from davies group requesting,our vets medical condition,which we did,they now state there is a gap of medical history prior to the dates which where supplied,we pointed out ar pet has never been ill previous to this,they have now come back asking for medical history from birth??????????????????????????

Non of this was asked for at the beggining of the policy.and due to the made us feel like criminals!
we are trying to look after our pet by taking an insurance policy to give ar pet the best care which are pet deserves.
we have been hit with questions which if you where not satisfied,should have been asked at the begiining of the policy,istead of causing us stress.
I have written to Blue and Davies group none of which have replyed!
Dean as above i emailed blue and Davies regarding an official complaint non of which have come back with any explanation!

Requested online to move from energia to another company as energia didn't save me any money when I moved to a smart meter and despite 2 price reductions still to expensive.
Had a phone call from energia,who ever she was needs to be sacked the way she spoke to me with her manner

Never will I use energia again or recomend

Over priced and disgusting person on the phone!

The worst customer support I have ever…

The worst customer support I have ever encountered, filled out the online form in detail what the problem was,email back saying you will have to phone them?what's the point in filling out the form?I requested a call back,an email requesting model number s/n address, where I bought it and when,Sent email off in the mean time I took a video of the problem to help ninja,another email back,please phone ninja support,what a complete joke!had enough Sent the product back for refund will buy elsewhere never again will I buy or recomend a ninja product

THE WORST COMPANY

Bought a gas hob through amazon,hob had 5years 2 years labor, at 16months hob has developed a fault, emailed myappiances through amazon ,apparently they have left amazon platform ,amazon emailed myappliances direct NOTHING,I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY THERE,MY APPLIANCE DOES NOT HONOUR WHAT THEY SAY.

Bought a gas hob,went wrong after 18 months amazon didn't want to get involved as it was sold by a 3rd party seller who had left amazon(can't blame them) amazon didn't want to get involved,however I won my case,un fortunately for me I bought it with ulsterbank who is now cease trading,tried to tell this in chat,was banging my head against the wall,emailed ecr,escalations,escalations came back,it is what it is that's it!
What a disgrace this company has is and become
Been a loyal customer for over 13 years and this is how your treated.
Well no more,I'm off back to ebay,atleast you have PayPal who have you back
