Good experience overall, but some issues with delivery

EDIT: The person who called me was from Blackmarket, it was just unexpected to get a call from a random French number asking for ID. I verified later that they were who they said they were and the phone arrived in great condition.

I just received a call from someone claiming to be from Blackmarket, caller ID was from France, asking me for a form of ID and a asking me to fill in a form for a "new device", as the one I ordered had been "lost".

I did order a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S21 from them, however it is almost a week past the estimated delivery time and is still listed by the courier as "No delivery estimate yet".

I make it good practise never to provide an unknown caller with my Drivers License, Passport, or other privately identifying material. Thus, I am now attempting to recover my money (almost €400) and said I would post here as a warning to others.

Great customer service and top notch engineering

Just wanted to say thanks for the exceptional customer service this morning regarding a turning tool return. It's a breath of fresh air to talk to a company who actually wants to help AFTER a sale has been made! I'll be ordering all my parts from you from now on!

No one takes them. Even Amazon refuses to accept

Absolutely horrible experience. NO ONE accepts them, except a few small brick and mortar stores locally that have nothing I want.
Amazon stopped taking them for crying out loud. Thats telling me One4All must be a nightmare to deal with as a retailer.
I even tried in Tesco on the express checkout with a digital One4All card and I was told "sorry, we don't accept digital One4All cards on checkouts, you have to go to customer service"

If your company offers them, refuse! They are literally like monopoly money.

Terrible experience

Order process is easy on website, everything after that is terrible. Still no sign of what I ordered after nearly 2 weeks. When trying to contact customer care, I get "this number does not currently exist"
Stay away....

If I wanted to order from China I'd have done it myself

Even in the midst of a global pandemic, this company shines with the dull sheen of bullsh!t. Oh they've got everything and anything and free delivery....if/when it eventually arrives.

I've been contacting their excuse for "support" and have been told it's going to be 3 weeks (or 14 "working" days) to ship to Ireland from the UK.....with no tracking.

This really does stink of dropshipping from China. If I wanted to wait weeks for an order from China, I'd do it myself. Back to Amazon....bye!

Hi Martin

Thank you for your review.

We can confirm your order is dispatched from our European warehouse and not a dropship item from China (this is not a service we use)

We have investigated this matter and can see that your order is still within our estimated delivery time of 7-14 working days.

Our estimates have been increased (approx 8 weeks ago) to reflect the possible delays due to the current climate, and on the information provided to us by various postal services.

These estimates are visible at checkout and also on our delivery pages, we did this so customers were aware when placing their order.

Our apologies are offered if these were missed.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if any further information is required.

Kind Regards
MyMemory

Absolutely abysmal

Absolutely abysmal. I joined then cancelled about 2 weeks later due to the extreme delay porting my number.

Then, they have the gall to keep trying to bill me every month, even though they told me in an email that my account was cancelled. I had to cancel my credit card to stop them billing me, as no matter how many emails I sent, I got vague and non commital replies.

This must be a scam! There's no other explanation for it.
