Low service, missing products, delays
It is unacceptable that after so many emails and follow-ups with Pax since July until September, the products were not fully delivered, there were significant delays and we were extra charged.
We ordered the products and full installation service, considering the first offer price. The initial offer is not even displayed in the offer system.
Only after paying the full price of installation service and products described below, we had multiple problems:
- the offers are missing from the system, as they were communicated to us from the beginning; now it is displayed only the missing curtain in order for us to pay it in addition!
- after the installation of the curtains in Amstelveen, we noticed that the curtains of the left side in the attic were missing, despite very clear messages sent by email on how many windows are in the attic, how many products are needed etc. (after the measurement made at our place by Pax representative).
- 2 attic curtains were missing from the delivery,
- we discussed for 5 days in a row the installation on September 11 after 11 AM, nevertheless we were called at 10 AM during my meeting working hours and medical appointment of my husband.
You should display the initial full offer that you have sent initially and NOT remove it from the access of customer. It was this offer that we contracted as full price for all the products listed in our emails, in detail. The PAX planning person confirmed that all the product were uploaded correctly in the offer. How do you think that we would have ordered the curtains only for one side of the attic with 3 windows, letting the other side of 3 windows without curtains?!
During the installation, my husband and I were told that due to the vacation of Pax person who measured and installed the curtains, there is no clarity on how the things were managed by “the girls” from the planning and customer service.
Besides, tons of Pax emails from various departments who do not communicate to each other are polluting our inboxes with useless emails for customer needs.
