Worst delivery service ever.

They only deliver in the evenings.

They cancelled the delivery last minute.

They rescheduled for next evening. They cancelled again last minute.

They only offer to reschedule it for the next day, you cannot collect it anywhere else.

If you have the option choose for another service.

Their customer service is really bad, they leave emails unanswered for ages, they ask you to request appointments for measurements (that they already refused to make, again), they don't give proper follow ups, and they are difficult to reach.

It is very difficult to get proper assistance from them.

The only positive thing was the fabric samples were easy to order, free and they arrived fast.

Can you provide a way to contact you so that I can give you my order number/contact details, without everyone else getting access to that data? Something different than the totally inefficient and irresponsive usual customer support channels?

Great service at the Amsterdam store

I got a contract cancelled with a telco within the provided time frame. I had tried to cancel / modify that contract with the company directly before, and it was impossible since they were always requesting more documents.

Dyme made the cancellation possible in a very smooth and fast manner.

Great way to compare train tickets in Europe, both nationally and internationally.

Multiple payment options available, and same price (at least in my case) than with train operators, with the added benefit of a good user experience.
