I like it but...

I really like the curtain I ordered here but there was a lot of delay without being informed regularly. Also the transport company they use, it was quite uncommunicative and there was another 3 more weeks of delay with it.

A fraud on their webpage

I purchased online on Thursday because I saw “Vandaag besteld, volgende dag geleverd”. Now it’s on Friday evening and I received the information that it will be delivered on Monday and I won’t be home all day. They must stop this fraud on their advertisement. It’s very annoying and customer support seems they don’t wanna answer for this. I asked them why they write a lie on their page and they never answered and closed the chat. Very poor and unprofessional support service.

The driver didn’t deliver to my flat…

The driver didn’t deliver to my flat although I was waiting there whole day. I was checking the location of the driver and he was on the same street. I saw him going to another apartment with my parcel then I got notification that it’s delivered to “your neighbor”. Is he lazy or what? I don’t understand at all.

Avoid this fake company

I got the same situation as other bad reviews here. I’m planning to bring this matter to the international court if they didn’t react to my email within 3 days.

Unprofessional attitude and behavior

I’m so annoyed that super strong recommendation about JBL products from people in this shop all the time. I wanted to look Sony ear puds but the guy just started insulting Sony and even didn’t let me try what I wanted. He just kept recommending JBL which I hate. I found it’s very unprofessional attitude and to pushy. Just ANNOYING. I stop going there as others do.

DO NOT ORDER IN THIS SHOP

DO NOT ORDER IN THIS SHOP.
When I purchased in this shop, I never got a confirmation. I was waiting waiting waiting. Also I wrote email to the shop and this is ridiculous part that I have to wait to hear them back in 5 days. Yesterday I received the message from them that the product is already in the correct place. NOPE. it was already on the way to return because it was there over a week already. RIDICULOUS.
