Very very weird experience

Very very weird experience. I have ordered heavy night curtains June 13th. Only after me following up few days ago, they came back saying that the order is only starting to be processed now because the address was missing the house number. I asked well what does the house number have to do with the actual production time. (And why do they let people submit the purchase without entering the house number?) Then they came back to me saying yeah, we are starting to process your order with priority. (Well were the two previous weeks go to?). She sent me a confirmation date for delivery- July 16th. And after couple of hours they canceled the order. I mean- what?! Well, dear Pax company, hopefully you are giving me back the money that I paid for the curtains. Because it seems, the company is ran by kids and doesn’t want no profit by treating their customers like this.

Thank you for your reply. We apologize for the confusion and inconvenience you've experienced.

Unfortunatly because of a fault in the system we could not produce within our expected delivery time. After your call to us, we tried to deliver with haste. You received the blinds within two weeks after that.

As we spoke on the phone, we gave €50 compenastion for the incovience caused! The curtains are delivered and are mounted as desired. As ciscussed, we will close this case.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we regret any frustration caused.

Their Refund system is awful

Their Refund system is awful. It happened to me already 2 times when I received an item, wore for very little time. 1st one from Off White broke even after 1st evening wearing the biker shorts, other JW anderson mules, the plate part fell off after wearing it for a week.

I wrote to them, and again their stupid system, that I have to wait for 8 days to get a response from boutique that yeah, send us the item. Then they will assess it (even though in the photos you can clearly see what happened) for 45 days!? And only then MAYBE they will get you the refund.

Is this a joke? I go to Zara and they refund me straight away in case of the issue.

I phoned JW Anderson directly - they said they cannot do anything and I will have to go through Farfetch's Refund process.

I mean for shopping, its a very good platform. But hey, this company just hates giving people money back and they literally place you in fraud's position in case you have an issue with the item that you just bought.
