Very very weird experience
Very very weird experience. I have ordered heavy night curtains June 13th. Only after me following up few days ago, they came back saying that the order is only starting to be processed now because the address was missing the house number. I asked well what does the house number have to do with the actual production time. (And why do they let people submit the purchase without entering the house number?) Then they came back to me saying yeah, we are starting to process your order with priority. (Well were the two previous weeks go to?). She sent me a confirmation date for delivery- July 16th. And after couple of hours they canceled the order. I mean- what?! Well, dear Pax company, hopefully you are giving me back the money that I paid for the curtains. Because it seems, the company is ran by kids and doesn’t want no profit by treating their customers like this.
