10/10 for Odaje

We were greeted very warmly by Desiree, who proceeded to be very professional, helpful and offered comfort suggestions. Desiree quickly brought a new pair of the shoe I had chosen which were perfect. She informed me of the Tax refund and how to apply at the train station. An added bonus to Odaje was their recycle ethos, which is very ingenious. Overall my experience at Odaje was perfect, I love my shoes.

Haven't received my order

Ordered a product 14 days ago and, although the delivery was set to 1-3 business days, the pack still didn’t arrive. Seems like it got held at the shipping company and not leaving from there, but I am not sure why. I tried contacting the company multiple times through all their channels and didn’t get any feedback yet. This was the first time I ordered there and I;m afraid I'm not getting my shoes or my money back.

Lack of customer support and issues with delivery

Ordered a product 12 days ago and, although the delivery was set to 1-3 business days, the pack still didn’t arrive. Seems like it got held at the shipping company and now it is marked as “in return” but I am not sure why. I tried contacting the company multiple times through all their channels and didn’t get any feedback for a week. This was my first purchase on their website and I am worried I will not get my product or money back.

I would not advise ordering from the UK

I would not advise ordering from the UK. It's not clear on their website but they won't cover any returns fees. You have to email to make a return, customer service told me they couldn't do anything about it (it took them a long time to respond) then I had to pay £12 to return the order myself. Of course if it was clearly stated returns were to the purchaser's expenses I would have not placed any orders. They received my return but still no news from them and no refunds in sights.

No refund on shoes for £200

I bought shoes for £200, I returned them, tracked return, received by them on 30th May, still no refund. Really disappointed.

Wrongful delivery without problem solved!

Update: After a month of late backs and forths, today the problem was finally solved, with the best way Odaje could do for a client. So, I have edited my review for a better ranking.

No customer service AT ALL! I have ordered from the site a pair of shoes within the EU (Greece), paid €161 and I received a completely different model and wrong number of shoes, in fact they have sent me cheaper sandals that cost in the site €145, and which I never ordered! And now I am trying to contact Odaje to fix their mistake and no one responds to my various e mails and calls! The return button in Odaje site says that this is not available for my country, despite the fact that a leaflet in the shoe box says that returns are available.

The boots are so fab in person! They look better in person than they do online, and they looked good online!

The boots are so fab in person, but, the customer service was really great! Sidonie, provided some of the best customer support I have ever experienced. I needed to get a different size, she provided the size measurements, advised on fit and then returning to exchange, was so stress free 👏

No international support

Second purchase for similar model (runners) so I took the same size.
Turns out the new model is MUCH bigger (a full size up)
No information online for international order, had to contact the customer support team which was not particularly engaging
Shoes have been received back but no word from Odaje despite my communications
In short if you do not live close to an physical shop, don't bother buying

Disappointing customer service and poor-quality shoes

I purchased a pair of "Maxence H" sneakers from this site in early June. Less than three months later, they became unusable: the heel lining tore, and the plastic under the fabric broke. I only used them for casual city walking, with no strenuous activities.

I contacted customer service with photos showing the disastrous state of the shoes. After providing all the requested details, I was told this wear and tear was "normal" and was advised to have them repaired at my own expense (with a potential reimbursement upon submitting a receipt). This does not address the main issue: the broken heel counter, which makes the shoes unwearable.

Despite my follow-ups, I received no further response to resolve the issue. This is unacceptable for a brand that claims to focus on quality and sustainability. If recycled materials are used, durability should be a top priority.

I strongly advise against buying from this site. My experience was a disappointing mix of poor product quality and ineffective customer service.

I have returned my order but…

I have returned my order but M.Moustache does not return my payment. I am in contact with their customer service, but they are unfortunately not helpful at all. Do not shop here!

In fact, for your order the return was at your expense since you chose delivery in Switzerland.
We gave you all the information you needed to make your return as smooth as possible.
Unfortunately, you didn't choose “tracked” delivery with a tracking link so that we could keep an eye on the return.
Without this information, we can't see whether or not the parcel has been returned, I'm sorry. We strongly recommend that you include a tracking number when we give you the return instructions.

Cool + comfortable

Nice and comfortable but they should be tighter around the ankle. I'd prefer the rear to be less high, it can be annoying sometimes but they'll probably adjust with time. In general, I'm pretty happy with them.

Terrible customer service

I ordered the shoes in a size bigger than normal and yet they were still too small. Because I had removed the label, this company refused to let me send them back to change size. They are only interested in taking your money, Dont spend 135 euros on a pair of shoes from these people.They have NO customer service and dont care about their customers

Hello Mark, may I correct your comment, you wrote to us on Saturday for a return and indicated that the shoebox had been thrown into the recycling by someone you knew. As specified and as mentioned in our Q&As, it is imperative that the product must be returned in good condition, unworn, unsullied, and in its original box. Very disappointing service

Very disappointing service. I was charged delivery fees by Moustache when I bought the shoes though they said a purchase over 100euros would have free delivery.
Then I was charged a further £40 by FedEX to receive the delivery in England (although this was not made clear anywhere during the purchase). I had presumed the £10 delivery fee added to the initial purchase was THE only delivery fee.
The shoes didn’t fit as they were too small so I had to return at my expense costing a further £20.
In total it has cost me £70 to try on a pair of shoes and have to return them. Unbelievably disappointing and a very expensive problem. I contacted customer services who were completely uninterested in helping me or provide some kind of discount on the return refund.
I will not be purchasing anything from this company and would advise others to make sure you are prepared to spend a huge amount of money which will not be returned for the pleasure of trying on a pair of shoes to potentially have to return them.
