Terrible customer service
I ordered the shoes in a size bigger than normal and yet they were still too small. Because I had removed the label, this company refused to let me send them back to change size. They are only interested in taking your money, Dont spend 135 euros on a pair of shoes from these people.They have NO customer service and dont care about their customers

Hello Mark, may I correct your comment, you wrote to us on Saturday for a return and indicated that the shoebox had been thrown into the recycling by someone you knew. As specified and as mentioned in our Q&As, it is imperative that the product must be returned in good condition, unworn, unsullied, and in its original box.
