Just want to say a massive thankyou to Sham who's spent endless hours on the phone talking me through the steps and helped me organize the company I work for much more efficiently. He's been more than happy to fire his own ideas at me as well which in turn has made my life much easier. The need for a stable, clear telephone line to ensure that customers can easily contact my business is an absolute necessity and after undertaking a lot of research, I decided upon NumberGroup.

Not only did they complete the setup of the line extremely promptly, Sham and the team could not do more to make sure I was satisfied. The fantastic customer service experienced during setup is continuing to this day.

My setup is such that I have my 0800 and local numbers directed to a receptionist service. The professionally recorded initial greeting that was offered with my NumberGroup subscription presents a highly professional image of my business whilst they await to be transferred to an available receptionist.

The line is always extremely clear and should I ever have the need to redirect the numbers to another telephone line, NumberGroup action the request at a moments' notice. This gives me confidence that my customers will seemlessly always be able to be in contact, no matter what is happening behind the scenes - such is business.

Sham and his team are brilliant and since testing out the first number, I have very quickly ordered 2 more from a great selection of available numbers provided to me by NumberGroup. I have even recommended their services to my clients, to which the feedback is just as positive.

This company is providing us ( FisherWright Solicitors) with telephone system since 2016 and it is a real pleasure to deal with them, Sham is our point of contact and he is very kind and helpful. The staff is very responsive and you will get assistance very shortly after reporting your inquiry. Their client care is amazing, we are small company and we still get the best service and attention.
