Liam delivered a quality visit today to fix the flow valve issue.

He identified boiler was misinstalled, not in line with manufacturer’s instructions.

He issue clearly and confirmed misinstallation likely contributed to ongoing faults - and we should take that up with installer.

He replaced faulty flow sensor/valve so system is operational. We have better hot water!

Engineer arrived 25 minutes late, OK service

Engineer arrived 25 minutes late. Work was generally clean but only OK. Key issue: alloys were left dirty, with the excuse that soot was “baked in” and due to chemicals, which was disproven by my simple finger wipe. No clear communication on what would or wouldn’t be included (e.g. car seats). Overall service was adequate but not thorough or transparent at this price point.

Failed to deliver repeatedly when …

Failed to deliver repeatedly when booked and ignore emails. Products eventually arrived 1 week late. They blamed warehouse issues, and their delivery partner (Panther) seem a law unto themselves.

Review of Numbergroup

Numbergroup sues it's customers over £14.

I've received a legal claim form from Birmingham County Court, trying to charge me £259 for a £14.05 amount. Despite no mentions in their terms and conditions that they will pursue unpaid bills this way.

The company made no effort to write to me, or call me, instead charging £210 for solicitors costs (despite I doubt using a solicitor to prepare the form).

I tried to get hold of them on the phone (they are a phone company after all) and got through to their shared office reception, who couldn't put me through to anyone on three consecutive days. They don't return my emails either.

Anyway, it's easier to state my peace on here. I look forward to hearing from you. Perhaps in writing?

Hi James,

Yes this is correct. We will chase customers who failed to pay their bills.
