I honestly don’t understand those bad reviews. I saw they were from other countries and maybe that has something to do with it. I saw one from Germany too he just didn’t understand how a good quality company should work. It’s not about quantity, it’s about quality. The customer support is the best I ever had. They gave me spare parts even months after buying the bed (the fault was on my side). They were free of any charge they even payed the shipping costs. All in all this is a company that deserves a much better overall rating on TrustPilot.

This place fraudulently took money from my account. I did not even know this website existed. I'm in the United States of America and somehow they got my information and took nearly $300 on two transactions at the same time.

I bought a bed frame from the store. That broke after two weeks of usage.

Company doesn't offer any refund for this and is just willing to send new pieces to replace the bed. We received one patch of these, and these pieces are as faulty as the previous ones.

After this, they refuse to provide any refund and claim that you get what you pay for. Customer service is rude and the company seems super shady.

I also posted a review on the bed for their website, but they never published it so don't believe the ratings you see on their website!

We ordered a bed, which according to the product page, was supposed to be delivered within 4-6 working days. When after 5 working days we still haven't received even a dispatch notification, we contacted them. They claimed these beds are made to order and take longer to arrive (so the information on the product page was completely wrong). Now, After 2 weeks, we received a full refund which I assume means they cannot fulfil the order, but they couldn't be bothered to contact us about this and apologise for wasting our time. You're a joke of a company.

They are horrible horrible and horrible. The delivery guy left their package in the entrance of the building unattended in a way that caused issues with the landlord, and they did not even bother to say sorry. Also, they did not send many parts in the package.. Horrible company experience I have had. Never again!! We will see how long it will take to get my money back from this company.
