I honestly don’t understand those bad reviews. I saw they were from other countries and maybe that has something to do with it. I saw one from Germany too he just didn’t understand how a good quality company should work. It’s not about quantity, it’s about quality. The customer support is the best I ever had. They gave me spare parts even months after buying the bed (the fault was on my side). They were free of any charge they even payed the shipping costs. All in all this is a company that deserves a much better overall rating on TrustPilot.

Wieso kann ich nicht 0 Sterne geben. Absoluter Schmutz. Ich habe ein Bett gekauft (170€) eine Nacht drinnen geschlafen und es ist auseinander gefallen, ich habe bestimmt einen Monat mit dem Support hin und her geschrieben, am Ende musste ich erst mit der Polizei reden um dann NUR 25€ von dem Geld zurück zu bekommen. Sie haben es auf einen Montagefehler meinerseits geschoben, komisch nur das das nächste Bett von moebel-eins immernoch einwandfrei ist.

KEINE Kaufempfehlung! (Es sei denn man hat zu viel Geld und will es nur loswerden, wobei ich denke das man mit dem Geld sehr viel sinnvollere Dinge tun kann.)

I don’t know why this company has so many bad ratings. I read a few of them and I can’t believe that they had so different experiences. I bought a bed frame and well yes I think it took awhile to get to me but even so the wait was worth it. They even sent me the sides of the frame again 3 months after I bought without asking any questions. Yeah it broke but that was probably of my high weight, however I would recommend them to everyone who is interested in having a great customer support and a quality product.
