Poor Customer service! they will feed you false information all the time just to get a sale and get you off the phone, company not to be trusted, all of the staff are apparently "managers" highlighted by 1 staff member Hamilton and no resolution but Robotic apologies and yet 7 hours later still no phone call from them!!! think government needs to take away there funding and look at what they are paying! talk about wasting government funding!
They turned up late the next day infact.
Caused more damage than was worth it.
Have had to pay to get it fixed.
Stay well clear of this company.
The Mark Group do door to door cold calling and the sales people continue when when pointed out to them that they operate in a non cold calling area. The HQ just ask for the street and house number, so they can take the address of the list, they completely ignore the point that there is a list of areas not to do cold calling in.
I can not trust a company that operates this way.
