Having been trying to return a watch which I purchased. The website is down, i have emaild twice with no reply and called the number today to be told to do a chargeback via my bank!

The item arrived therefore don’t see how the bank would initiate a chargeback.

To be honest I should give 4 star but my second encounter with this service has been TERRIBLE if I am allowed to used the word. It's sad to pay a lot of money for something that is as expected, the writs watch is still in the pack it came with.
I purchased a second wrist watch because the initial one was as displayed, it's been more than a month I sent an email informing you I want to return the item, up till today I have hard no reply.
I would also like to add they have a Really terrible customer service, difficult to get hold of anyone on the phone and via which they would either not reply or take forever.

I recently purchased a watch for my daughters birthday from Laxwatchco, which when it arrived (next day delivery) we felt it was a tad chunky for her wrist. I returned the watch Royal Mail special delivery and once the Company had received the parcel, I emailed the company the details. A couple days later they confirmed refund had been applied and I have received the refund in my account now. I often feel a little weary about using different companies but can recommend this company. I would order from them next time. Thanks for your service.

I have never known a company to make it so difficult to return an item. There are no options to return the item, you have to instead email and what for a reply. I would advise anybody who is considering getting an item to take this into account. we spoke on the phone once not eleven times. you had no patience and hung up on me. These are very difficult times for all, it would be nice if you had a little more respect.

I bought a Michael Kors watch for my daughter last August. All was well initially and I had written a review giving them 5 stars. However, one of the strap screws fell out at the beginning of April this year and the inside of the watch case had started to fog up with condensation. As the watch is water resistent to 10 metres and my daughter has not worn it swimming or in the bath this should not have happened. I tried to contact Laxwatchco via their 'contact us' link mid way through April. They did not respond. I then sent them a direct email on 27th April. They did not respond. I accepted that there might be a bit of a delay because of Covid 19 but 8 weeks on and still no contact from them. I have just sent another email, I wonder if they will respond to that one - or this review???

Bought a Hugo Boss watch and wore it for approximately a year until a small part of the strap broke.

I sent the watch to the official repair company for Hugo Boss and received an email from them informing me the watch is a fake and has been subsequently seized as counterfeit.

I have contacted Lax Watch Co including the email I received along with proof of purchase, requesting a refund for the fake watch. They are yet to respond to the complaint.

This watch was for my mom's 70th. She loves it!
