I have never known a company to make it so difficult to return an item. There are no options to return the item, you have to instead email and what for a reply. I would advise anybody who is considering getting an item to take this into account. we spoke on the phone once not eleven times. you had no patience and hung up on me. These are very difficult times for all, it would be nice if you had a little more respect.

we have spoke with you on the phone, we have sent you emails on how to return an item, we have even tried to guide the best we can to return the item via phone calls, I really do not understand what you are struggling with . so for the eleventh time just copy and paste this into your browser, that's the bar at the top of your screen on your ipad,phone or computer then hit enter that's the button with the arrow, which with take you how to return an item , here is the link : https://www.laxwatchco.com/returns-and-refunds/
