Great car and great services "Thumbs UP"

Experience was all perfect and i am so happy.Gentalman was fully professionally and technically strong having great knowledge of vehicles. Great hospitality and showed me a lot of options and good offer which made me feel comfortable to move ahead for finalizing the deal.

Description not on par with reality, be aware.

Not a native speaker in Finnish, hence writing in English. Mixed criticism but the negative aspects are:
1. The description of the car in the add was not in line with reality. If it wasn't for the fact that I brought a specialist with me I would for instance not have noted the different faults with the car. I.e., if you buy from Kamux, make sure to have a car specialist with you since the staff unfortunately don't know or care about the cars that are sold in my experience.
2. When I bought the car, the winter tires weren't with the car, i.e., I could not inspect them. They assured me they were in good shape which later turned out to be a lie when I received them 3 months later (knobs missing and large scratches on the alloy wheels).
2.1. It took 3 months to receive the winter tires. I contacted the seller with 3 weeks intervals and she said she was going to locate them which did not happen. I got tired of waiting and went to the dealership where she said they should be. They were not.
Positives
3. I got to the dealership and they acted fairly fast and located them within a week.
4. The staff was fairly responsive, they answered my messages and were fairly friendly.

I bought a car from Kamux hyvinkaa on 7…

I bought a car from Kamux hyvinkaa on 7 Aug 2024 the car was Maxus euniq 6 so i noticed some faults in the car and they promise to fix it but the very next day the car stopped in the middle of road with total engine power loss totally stuck which was strange for me there was some major fault in battery so i informed to their reclamation department which was very slow in responding to queries so they told me to take the car to work shop because its still under warranty and now the car is on workshop for a month and i could not work because of all this The insurance refuse to pay in this case and Kamux also denying to pay for my work loss and the car is still in work shop they say they don't have time to fix it so it was kamux responsibility to fix this issue as soon as possible because i bought car to work not to park it in workshop very disappointed with this decision to buy car from kamux

Not a serious company

Not a serious company, I was interested in a car, I wrote to a seller of this company,he got the data of my old car and he said that I will give you an answer very soon, and I waited for days and wrote to him again, but no one answered anymore. I hope you will be more serious in your work in the future 👍🏻

Very overpriced car with many issues

I bought a car from Kamux a year ago (in April 2023) and serious flaws keep coming.
It is a Volvo V50 from year 2007 for around 7500 euros and mileage a bit less than 300 000 km. I would say it could be a decent price for a 16-year-old Volvo. A close relative of mine has a Volvo S40 from 2007, which I used to drive occasionally until I purchased my own car, and I have a 10-year-old driving experience with it. All the main parts of my relative’s car are in good condition – there were a few expensive repairs – but just a few over the years. So I know what a well-maintained Volvo can be.

With the car from Kamux, on the other hand, I’ve been to mechanics a few times only over this year that I own it! And the price of repairs is already over 2500 euros. And more costly repairs are needed.

So, about the issues that I had to get fixed. So, I got the car in April 2023 – the weather was moderate – not too cold and not too hot – so I found out that air conditioner doesn’t work only in summer. Well, it’s an old car, some issues are expected, but later on when winter came, I found out that heating doesn’t work properly either! It was some compressor not working, accompanied by some cooling liquid leakages.

Other things that have to be fixed are serious as well. After a month of driving the engine started to rev noticeably when engine is cold. I mean, when I start the car RPMs jump up and down for the first 15-20 minutes, when yet not driving. Another thing that seems to be related – when I just start driving, and I have to stop at a red traffic light and press the brake – RPMs jump up and the car “tries” to move forward with me pressing on the brake. This “involuntary” speeding up also seem to happen when the gears are changed (although the car is automatic), but those “jumps” happen at 20-30 km/h, 40-50 km/h etc. – noticeable in the first half an hour of driving. Mechanic said that transmission has to be changed to fix this.
To fix AC, heating and leakage issues and to investigate what’s going on with RPMs jumping up I spent 2500 euros, but I must note that I contacted Kamux and they paid 500 out of that.

Another thing is that if I have to turn the steering wheel right or left abruptly, there’s a weird metallic sound for a brief moment.

I expect some repairs for an old car, but not several costly repairs within a year. This car was definitely hugely overvalued. I think I should have brought a mechanic with me to check the condition of the car more meticulously, but I expected some level of decency regarding price/condition of the car.

And one more thing, the car was sold without the spare wheel. It is usually hidden in the trunk of the car, and when I was buying the car – winter tires were piled over there, I would need to remove all of them, so I didn’t check. And I didn’t imagine that you have to ask if the car has a spare wheel included.

There are more minor things like a few bulbs being burnt and one of the headlights permanently fogging up from the inside.

To sum up, I spent a lot of money on an overpriced car and then had to spend a lot of time at a mechanics.

Their customer service is very bad

Their customer service is very bad. Most of the staff in their Lappeenranta branch are very unfriendly and rude, especially towards customers who do not look local. Different staff members give different and contradictory information.

Can not be trusted

Can not be trusted. I had nothing but a terrible experience with Auror Bushi. I was conned, cheated and lied to. A horrible experience. Never can I trust this company. Especially with staff like this.

Im from Tampere and bought a Honda Jazz…

Im from Tampere and bought a Honda Jazz car from Kokkola last February 2023. When it arrived it has no spare tire, tire wrench and tire jack. The agent told me those are accessories so are not included. I told him these are not accessories but these are basic tools in a car. Every car supposed to have these. One more thing, the agent who was entertaining my inquiries before is now not replying my inquiries anymore. I only have simple questions since I'm not familiar with the car insurance policies and coverages here in Finland. I hope every inquires/questions asked even if it so simple should be entertained.

The kamux is not transparent...

The kamux is not transparent for telling customers about the damages and defects in the car. I found many scratches missing tools for spare wheel replacement (they sent me a small screw-jack for big qashqai and were keep insisting me that the qashqai always have similar smaller screw-jack in it :P, if nissan made this higher car then i believe they made bigger jack which can lift qashqai and it is true the qashqai usually has bigger). they promised one scratch fix which was very cheap and they only put ruff thick material on it, it was not a fix made car more ugly. The attitude of the seller changes after you sign the contract, once you sign and discover any issue with the car then you have to fix it on your own. Rear shelf and bottom compartment parts are missing and they never told that in any email or in their add. So please be carefull about damages to the car and missing parts in it because kamux wont tell you and some scratches might be hidden under shining liquid that you will find out after couples of days. I bought 2018 car with scratches and missing stuff and some defects and got no professional response from seller and his sales manager. A friend of mine has experienced similar issue with kamux because i recommended kamux to him/her, i am embarrassed.
