Got what I ordered with no problems, very good quality and strong parts.

Purchased a tow bar and wiring kit. Had to return the wiring kit and was returned immediately. No details of how to return included either the item. Took many emails and calls to get the return address. Item returned and still no refund over 30 days later. Dispute issued with bank for refund and trading standards and consumer ombudsmen’s complaints being submitted. Next step will be small courts if I don’t get a refund. Absolutely awful customer service. Avoid buying from these scammers like the plague.

Packaged instructions were hard to follow, but the phone call I had to get it done was excellent.

I lost the keys for my detachable tow bar, contacted via the website looking for assistance, got a speedy Responce and along with the Information I needed in order to place an order for a new keys, thanks again to David for your assistance and speedy resolution to my issue.
