Charged but no item delivered.

I still haven't received the desk that I purchased. It was "delivered" to a 3rd party that is supposedly going to bring it to my home. It's now been there for over a week and I've been unable to reach them despite several calls. Hulala service has been no help at all. I'm on the verge of disputing the charge as I see no path to having the the desk delivered and have been charged for the purchase.

Great bike, subpar setup quality.

I'm very happy with the bike, but there are a few issues with the initial setup that have been disappointing. The front brake rotor is slightly off true and the caliper has so little clearance that there is brake rub. I'll need to true the rotor and/or bleed off some of the fluid in order to get it to stop rubbing. The rear derailleur is also slightly out of range so the shifting isn't working great, skipping or missing gears when riding.
