2 stars because I did receive what I…

2 stars because I did receive what I ordered and it was not damaged. However the customer service emails I sent went ignored completely. The bike was not assembled correctly and I was charged a $100 delivery fee when it was advertised that it was free shipping. I sent multiple emails to customer service asking for clarification and not once got a response. They got my money. I got a poorly assembled bike. Guess it’s fair. But not what I was expecting.
