RIP OFF
I bought Ryoko for my travels around Europe and what a rip-off. I purchased unlimited data and then informed after 6 weeks travel that all my data was used and they sent an email saying get another 7gb for £35.99, I stupidly opened the email to check the offer and then had the money taken from my account immediately. I contacted the helpdesk to recover my money and after long text messages they finally agreed to the refund and yet today when I have chased the refund they tell me that they are not honouring the refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.
