I purchased 2 x tickets for Guns N Roses in Johannesburg. My first email that I sent went unanswered and after sending a second email from a different address they mailed me back and apologised profusely and said that the original email had gone to a junk mail folder. I was informed that the tickets would be sent via courier and when I received them I had a written apology and a free upgrade from General Admission to golden circle. I recommended Instaticket to my overseas guests and they used them for the CT 7s Rugby. They used my address for the delivery and we kept in touch via email, tickets were delivered before my guests arrived. Thank You Hannes and Jan
