I have had Casino's try to flag my reviews about them as untrue Trustpilot to their credit as not accepted this although they did ask me to provide proof in a timely manner. This shows I can trust the reviews on this site because they give both sides a chance to explain themselves. You can't pay a fee to undo a negative review unlike some dishonest review sites.
Adding to my review after reply from Spinbit I closed my account on the 25th of June the support person who closed my account was John. My account name was the same as here on Trustpilot. I sent in support queries this was all done by a link which only went to email via a link which opened my email provided with this address prefilled support at spinbit dot com not live chat! No where on Spinbit.com did I find live chat!
Other people who answered emails from Spinbit were Catherine and Jennifer...
If you like I can forward the emails to Trustpilot...
My experiance was so bad your casino was the first one I actually considered doing a chargeback on and said this in an email.
