Broadband nightmare
Broadband went down just as storm Darragh hit. Since then the company has failed in almost every aspect of customer service, leaving us without broadband and the ability to work from home (or contact overseas relatives, or make calls on our VOIP phone) and causing significant disruption to our work/life balance. All of the individual customer service reps have been courteous, polite and as helpful as they can be, but sadly they have been unable to assist with the issue. I am particularly aggrieved that throughout, despite being told I would be contacted by the companies technical support and complaints teams, I have had to make almost every single call myself. So far the proactive communication from Voneus to us consists of 2 emails - one telling us we don’t have internet and the other asking my opinion of their service (!). The experience is extremely unsatisfactory
