The company resorts to “blackmail”.

Shocking! Further to the review I posted, the company contacted me and said the following:

“We will offer a full refund for your purchase. However, as part of this resolution offer, we kindly request that you consider removing the review you posted about your experience with us. Your cooperation in removing the review will help us ensure that our service reflects the positive resolution we've offered”.

This is scandalous and I will now report the company to Trading Standards and my bank will aim to retrieve my money.

Avoid this fraudulent company

Avoid this fraudulent company. They’re quick to take your money, then tell you to phone a courier, as they can’t deliver to your address. The courier has no recognition and the tracking order is not recognised. I’ve asked for my money to be refunded. They offered 50% as a gesture of good will. I will have no option but to report them to trading standards and to the bank.

Over priced; poor quality; guarantee is not what’s in their literature & extremely poor customer service.

Bradford Exchange spend a vast amount of money on marketing for products which are very over priced. I purchased an “Elvis” watch last July for £139.95. A gorgeous looking watch upon arrival. Within months all the gold plating had come off & within 12 months it stopped working altogether. The company do not want to know or assist in any way. After eventually getting through to them, they said it’s out of their 120 day policy and they no longer stock the watch. Then an additional note saying do not share the email address! I’m sorry, but when you pay over £100 for an item, you expect it to work for over 12 months. Will not shop with this company again.

5 Star Customer Service at Gravells

Picked up our new Kia Sportage last Monday and was thrilled. The customer care we've had from James has been
exceptional and he made the whole experience seamless. He even sorted out the transter of my number plate from my old car to the new one. We were not rushed at all throuah the process and and were so well look after. He went through everything about the vehicle to make sure it met our needs. When we picked it up, he went through all the paperwork; we signed for our new car and then he iumned in to ao for a ride with us. until my husband was comfortable behind the wheel of a new vehicle and understood all
the new controls. I would highly recommend Gravells. This is the 4th car I've had from them and will remain a loyal
customer, based on the superb service & care we receive. I can also vouch for the after care too, including the services and MOTs. Gravells are a great family business and I'm grateful that they're in Pembrokeshire for us. Diolch yn fawr pawb.
