My wife was sold a car (Kidwelly) with a faulty thermostat that resulted in the radiator fan staying on constantly and the engine overheating. We returned the car and were told it was a leak in the air con and that it had now been fixed. After collection the same issues were present. We took it to another Renault dealership who diagnosed the fault immediately and replaced the thermostat. Car now working great but we are £500 worse off. We are still waiting for Gravells customer service to reply to all my communications!!! Finally replied but have (service manager Chris) made all sorts of excuses and will not take responsibility as the warranty has expired. Should never have sold a faulty car for over 10k in the first instance. If you have issues, they have a poor customer service! Never buy a second hand car from them!
