Staff were very friendly and helpful but didn't hang around when I was trying on shoes which was appreciated as I had a chance to get a feel for them without feeling pressured to make a decision. Brilliant customer service.

Every time I come to this store, I'm met with friendly and welcoming faces, and this time was no different.
I was looking for one coat in particular, but I couldn't find it. I asked at the till point and Mel took me straight over with a smile, and even grabbed the size I was after as I was struggling to reach it.
I ended up buying it, and Sharon at the tills was positive and friendly, serving with a smile.
Extremely positive experience once again, thank you all

I came to Go Cardiff looking for a new winter jacket after my old faithful finally bit the dust. I couldnt have had better service, from being welcomed as I came in through the door by Grace, and having a staff member given me great advice on the jackets, Ffion knew her stuff. Hannah on the tills was polite and friendly and I left with both a brand new jacket and a sotshell jacket.

Great staff and they’re knowledgable! Hannah and Mel in the shoe section were especially helpful and price-matched with the same product online.

Also, dogs are allowed! Bonus!

Went to buy a new pair of walking shoes (Merrell), and was able to get the same product as I was currently wearing. Merrell are a great brand so I was confident that they would be the correct fit as they were the same as the ones I already own. Staff were on hand to assist.

Martyn provided excellent customer service. His knowledge of waterproof and windproof outdoor clothing was brilliant. No pushy sales tactics, just provided the information and advice I requested with patience.

I was really out of my depth with regards to buying a pair of hiking shoes. He was patient, personable and very informative. He wasn’t pushy at all and focussed on the value of each pair I tried! Morgan is a true asset to the Cardiff Store!

The store is always welcoming, I buy fishing tackle there all the time and the selection is great. The man who looks after the fishing section is very knowledgeable and if an item isn’t there they will order it in for you. 5 stars all day long

Bought an display tent wen I arrived to set up at Cornwall there was a big rip on the roof my holiday was ruined and £150 down from the tent
