Went to buy a new pair of walking shoes (Merrell), and was able to get the same product as I was currently wearing. Merrell are a great brand so I was confident that they would be the correct fit as they were the same as the ones I already own. Staff were on hand to assist.

Yodel driver left my parcel at the bottom of a farm track, which is a public footpath, 400m from my house, where anyone passing could have picked it up and walked off with it. When I registered with the Yodel app, I specified a safe location for the parcel if there was no one at the house/no answer. They don't seem to pay attention to what the customer's instructions are, and if I have a choice in the future of who carries out deliveries of my mail, IT WON'T BE YODEL!!!!!!

Delivery was bang on time, and the trees were well packaged to prevent damage in transit. Bought on offer so extremely well priced. Don't know if I would have bought them if I was paying full price, but if they grow and fruit well, I could be tempted to get some more at full price. We'll see!! Good job Suttons.

We chose satellite broadband due to the remote location of our house and poor broadband connection from other options. The provider initially was Broadband Wherever, who were then replaced by Bigblu. Both companies have been very helpful during the time we've been customers, but hardline connections have improved, and we're now receiving a faster, unlimited service for half the price. I would definitely recommend Bigblu to anyone who has poor broadband reception in rural areas.

Easy website to order from, and prompt delivery. I have used Slaters Menswear stores for over 20 years and during that time I have never been disappointed with the service from staff, or the quality and range of products stocked. If other stores modelled themselves on Slaters, they could fair far better. Well done to all staff; you're a credit to the brand.

Easy to find required product online, click & collect easy to complete. Staff at Swansea store very easy to deal with. Just a shame there are no stores further west that would've saved me a 120 mile round trip for a £10 item because it was not available for delivery!

I have shopped at various Machine Mart shops (Peterborough, Stoke, Chester, Swansea to name a few) and all the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to do that bit extra. It's enough to ensure that I'll keep shopping with them. If only all shops were staffed with the same calibre of personnel, shopping would be that bit better.

Service received in store was excellent, everything was explained fully, and the option to change the order was available up to the date of the site survey to ensure that the suite would fit through the door. Unfortunately the communication between DFS and us as the customer wasn't what I believe it should have been when I spent over 4000 pounds. I had to contact customer services to obtain a delivery date, and the first guy I spoke to hadn't got a clue. In the end, the suite arrived on the date that I eventually got, and it is magnificent. But DFS, you must work on the communication with the customer to keep them informed what stage their order is at.

I ordered on a Tuesday lunch time and with the 3-5 days delivery wasn't expecting to see the goods until the following Monday. So you can imagine my surprise when they arrived on the Friday of the same week. Well priced goods and a delivery service to be proud of!!
