Have two accounts to one address. Ordered the advent calendar. No discount applied. Realised needed to order on my active subscription account. Reached out to customer services, less than useless. Asked for discount as both accounts to same address. Asked to cancel order. Neither could be done.
Will be cancelling my subscription of 5 years.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with…
The worst company I’ve ever dealt with !!! On a month rolling subscription which stated I could cancel but try and find a way to cancel on their awful website it’s like looking for unicorns I’m so frustrated! When I did get a message it was to try and convince me to sign up for longer arrrr just let me CANCEL!! I was ripped off £15 over the calendar offer and promised a refund that never came and now I’m stuck with a subscription I can’t cancel with tiny products I do not want

Absolutely shocking behaviour from Glossybox UK. I ORDERED a 3 month pre paid, one off subscription in June. Glossybox has charged me for another 3 month’s subscription, that I didn’t order.
I’ve requested my money back and have been told I can’t have it back.
Pretty sure it’s illegal to take money from my bank account for something I didn’t subscribe to.
Apparently this month’s box has been sent out today, I will be refusing delivery of the box and asking my postman to return to sender.
I just want (need) my money back.

Won’t let me cancel..

Won’t let me cancel! I’ve read about this happening to a few people now, I had the year subscription and cancelled it months in advance of the renewal where they said August 2025 will be my last and final payment. Come September and I have yet another payment out of my bank. I’ve messaged non stop and now they’re saying August 2026 will be my final payment! Another year!!!! Even though I did it well in advance and have PROOF that they said 2025 but that means nothing to them. COMPLETE SCAM, I’m not even going to be in England this next year and I’m having to pay for these crap boxes

Got a gift voucher for a 12 month…

Got a gift voucher for a 12 month subscription.
Had problems in beginning.
Sorted it recieved 7 boxes so far.
Than stopped receiving.
Asked to check delivery.
They said I needed to pay.
Showed proof of gift explained it all again as in beginning.
And they just want money.

I have cancelled my subscription I have screenshot proof

I have cancelled my subscription, 3 and half months ago, withing the time scale, but have received another 3 delivery's with money taken, I spoke to a live advisor, and I screen shot all the conversation. I am now stopping payment at my bank and going to trading standards. Do not sign up. They will n9t let you leave easy. I have tried to add here via screen shot photos. "I have filled the extra information in today, it wouldn't allow me to add my contact number." And I can't share the screenshot photo.

Incredibly frustrating site

Incredibly frustrating trying to buy a 6 month glossy box for my nieces birthday but no matter what I tried you wouldn't take payment for it. Gave up and bought a box set instead. No problem with payment. If a product is not available please do not advertise it.
