Excellent customer service. My issue was actually read, acknowledged and then a number of options offered in a stepwise progression.

I worked down the menu and got it to work.

Saved me a ton of money. Compared to getting the excess coverage at the Dollar counter at the airport, I would have paid about US$1200. At rentalcover, I paid US$176. Unbelievable.

Figurine was bigger and prettier than expected.
