2020 has been an awful year for travel and my partner and I, like lots of other people have had holidays cancelled. When we decided we wanted to book a holiday for (hopefully) next year we wanted the personal touch that Lucy as a Travel Counsellor offered. We gave Lucy the dates we wanted to travel and the location and she came up with ideas for us in our chosen area.
However, as we had very specific ideas of what we wanted Lucy was able to come up with the best offer for what we needed (even having to send us 4 quotes as we changed a couple of things).
Once we had decided to book, the process was very easy and I would happily recommend using Travel Counsellors in general and Lucy in particular to my friends (have already mentioned to some people that I work with).
Looking forward to booking more holidays with Lucy in the future.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I contacted GPS by email as when driving home from holiday last week we heard a noise that wasn't there driving to the airport. On investigation we found the bumper/spoiler was hanging off and dragging on the ground. When I emailed, a lady called Cristina replied that all of their drivers are fully trained (as what I don't know) and they wouldn't cause any damage and as we had moved the vehicle no claim could be made. I did say that you wouldn't hear the noise without moving the car. When I tried to reply to the email, the message failed as it now appears that my email address had been blocked (sent successfully from my work email though).
I would never recommend this company to anyone wanting to park at Gatwick.
