Great service from Michael at the Stevenage Branch. Helped us with understanding the payment and delivery options as well as pointing out the special offers instore. Really appreciated the personal touch, without being pushy, just wanted to offer a great experience. Thanks again Michael.

We were greeted by Michael on our way up to the second floor to look at dining furniture and from then on he stayed with us through to the end of our purchase. We were offered coffee and warm cookies (absolutely delicious). There was no hard sell but he knew his product and we found this reassuring.

Sad side not liking the sofa , after spending time on it , not that comparably.

I have ordered a sofa and they told me delivery will be in 7 to 10 days now it’s more than 10 days not yet delivered and whenever I call the shop it just ask to leave a voicemail eventhough I put the voicemail no one contacted back

Bought a tolloso bedframe which had issues. Hassaanah Spoke very gently and nice over the phone and provided me with excellent customer service and ordered a replacement bedframe immediately. Fully satisfied and would recommend as they actually do listen to the customer and not all about sales.

The sales representative was very helpful in providing advice on the table and chairs we purchased. He was attentive , considerate to our needs and an overall assest to the team.

Michael was extremely polite and friendly from start to finish. He was helpful and knowledgeable in terms of advising what was best for us although we had pretty much in mind what we wanted. He was quick with the sale procedure and all was done quite smoothly. Best thing were the cookies and hot drinks offered! Just what we needed after a long day of work.
Only downside was I felt a bit pressured paying 260 for the Care and Protect as it's a lot of money for me and we've never had the need with our previous fabric sofa. The sofa was already slightly over my original budget so paying for this Care and Protect I felt was just alot on top. I do regret it but feel bad to cancel it as he was so kind and nice.

We came in with our autistic adult son Tom, who was seeking a new bed. There was so much choice but he had a budget and I was a bit overwhelmed by all the details of buying things separately. Michael came by and asked if we needed help, he offered to look & see if he could put together a package to suit Tom's specific needs, which he did. Tom doesn't always engage with strangers but Michael had a relaxed, friendly, helpful approach (also offered hot chocolate lol), he listened carefully to Tom & put together a good package which, although it was a bit over budget, it was exactly what Tom wanted & was well worth spending that bit extra. We did go look at 3 other shops too, but Tom preferred the package Michael had put together for him, so we returned to Furniture Village to buy it! Such a warm, friendly & helpful man, in fact the choice of beds was great compared to the other only-bed shops we visited too. We'd definitely return & recommend! Michael. Really nice, provided hot chocolate, and told me to put two pillows behind my back while I meditate. Very slay of him.

Oh and also I have a bed now. Also very slay.

Sales consultant Michael from the Stevenage branch is amazing !! He made us feel comfortable from start to finish on the day and continues to look after us every time we visit the store.
There was no pressure and he was very clear with all the information and product details.

He must have been good as we only went in to have a look, but came out having spent nearly £4,000!!!

We came to the shop to look round, were helped by staff, then left to discuss our decision. We also looked on the website. We made a decision and returned to the shop to purchase our order, we were very happy with the procedure.

Went to have a look for a Dining set in the Stevenage store, they have plenty to choose from for everyone’s taste. Was greeted as we walked in , no pushy sales man. There was staff to answer questions about the table we had. The whole process start to finish was great . We were notified of when it was coming and s text the day before . Then a time window on the day which was really helpful. Installers were great very professional. I would definitely buy again as it was a very smooth purchase.

Robert was great, knowledgeable and put us at ease. He was very hospitable and helpful. Wonderful service. Thank you, I’m really happy with my new sofas. I can’t wait to receive them, quality beautiful leather corner sofas, customised to my liking and at a fantastic price.
