Michael was very helpful

Michael was very helpful, polite, not pushy and also patient with our young girls who were roaming round while we tried to purchase the sofa. The process was smooth and made much easier by Michaels help

I had an issue of my own doing

I had an issue of my own doing, accidentally setting up a second account instead of renewing my first account. Tracy, from the member services team, was really helpful and resolved the issue quickly and without fuss. Very grateful

The sofa was delivered to the wrong address…

The sofa was delivered to the wrong address so when I advised the drivers they were unable to deliver to me until I had cleared it with furniture village. I then had to attend the store to liaise with staff before then having it redelivered shortly after. The drivers Alan and Kurtiss were exceptional. Really polite and understanding of my frustration that they weren't allowed to deliver it initially. They then returned very promptly after once sorted and put the sofa together for me giving guidence on maintenance. Top lads. Made a stressful experience all good.
