My wife has breast cancer and the day…

My wife has breast cancer and the day before going into hospital had bought a soft bra at Esselunga. When she opened it just before being admitted the bra inside was a completely different size to that marked on the box. I took it back from the hospital to customer services at Marlia, who were very brusque and said they could not help. No expression of sympathy was offered, just company policy.
