Edited because my refund did eventually arrive and they’ve were responsive to messages.
Bought my label and rushed to the drop off to get it there so it would arrive at the destination tomorrow but the shop does not accept Any parcels from Any company. I had to buy a new label for collection instead and get a refund but the refund wasn’t taken off the cost of the new label so I’ve effectively paid twice. I can’t see on the website how long my refund will take. I tried to message them but you get a send message box which then leads to a pop up confirm request which does not work! This whole thing has cost me hours! I will never use this company again.

Fees - makes no odds who you charge fees from. I’ve reduced my prices.
Postage - now I have to drive to drop off parcels because eBay decides who I send my parcel with. Up until recently, I could arrange for Royal Mail or Evri to collect them from my home. It was easy but you’ve made it really annnoying. It’s likely I’ll stop selling on eBay for this reason.

Lovely chair bed. Looks neat and my grandson likes it too. It’s well made and comfortable as an occasional chair in my spare room. We added a topper to make it softer for my grandson but it would be fine without. Fine for an occasional adult guest if necessary too.
It arrived quickly with a good choice of delivery dates.

Everything was good with the price, the booking process, the vehicle and the time it took to drive us to the airport. The only problem was that I asked the driver three times to drive down to collect my husband with the heavier bags from outside our accommodation. It was a very steep drive and we’d have left on time, if only the driver had done as requested but he just ignored me. It was a bit weird.

I went into the store on yesterday and bought two blinds although I needed three for a bay window. The person I asked if there were more was disinterested and there was no one on customer services. I went home and ordered the third one online and collected it in store today. Ideally, I wouldn’t have had to make two trips to get the items they had in stock.

I like the blinds, lovely colour. Measuring instructions could be better, e.g to measure the width and add on the depth of the brackets - instructions could’ve said the amount to be added but you do need to bear this in mind in order to calculate the overall width. The brackets are flimsy but seem to work ok.

Great service except that my slow release tablets are arriving with some of them crushed. This renders them useless and I have to throw them away. The packaging (brown paper) is inadequate.

I’ve ordered several things from them and they’ve all arrived promptly. Good products and services. They also respond to any queries efficiently.

Terrible. Not as described, dreadful value. When I contacted them to question their description as “leather” when in fact they were plastic, they changed the product description online which meant that Paypal didn’t support my claim that they’d missold them to me. Could have returned them but cost of return is high - they won’t refund postage and the dispute with them has meant I’ve overrun the return postage time. Don’t. Buy. Anything. From. Them.

Easy to order, arrived promptly via friendly firm. Tons of choice and good value and good quality.

Lovely stuff for my bathroom, good quality and arrived very quickly, within 4 days.

Edited to say, the mixer taps no longer swop between taps and mixer. They’ve hardly had any use because we usually use the shower rather than these taps that are for the bath. Shame because they look nice.
