I was initially visited by Peter who gave a very fair and honest valuation, I felt confident in his opinion and didn’t feel at all pressured to go ahead. He explained the options with regard to their fee and what service they would provide. I decided to go with the option to pay up front. Peter did some great photos of house and ensured I was happy with everything. Vicki did the viewings for me, she was fantastic, it took a few viewing before I accepted an offer but Vicki always got back to me with any feedback. Even once the offer was accepted she kept in touch regularly with myself and my buyer, always happy to help where she could. My fee was paid at the onset but Vicki worked, not just til a sale was agreed, but right up to completion. She is a credit to the company and a pleasure to deal with.

Based on buying tickets - smooth transaction. Gave time to allow for a mistake … I put my card number in wrong first time so thought I’d lose your tickets, however, got all the details in correctly and kept the tickets 👍🏻

All the footwear I ordered was fantastic value. The couple of dresses I ordered were very reasonably priced but weren’t good for me.

Got a good quote on line but fully expected for the offer to be knocked down when I took it in as, although in really good condition, it had a couple of minor dinks from other car doors and some light scuffing on the alloys. However Raj honoured the quote I had received on line other than their £75 admin fee. It took about 20min for the whole process. I was offered for the money to be rushed through the bank for a fee or 4 working days with no fee, I was happy to wait. Pleasant and professional service from Raj throughout. Thank you
