After 3 weeks i still dont have V5.

After 3 weeks i still dont have V5 and said road tax would stay in place till they receive V5 and then they would contact me with details so i could Tax car but went onto Gov. today to find car has no Tax.car was olso delivered with 1mm on one tire and puncture on other tire and also 2 tpms sensors not working and now 2 new tires also fitted that should have been done befor delivery to me and maybe more to come in the post as its been on the road in Glasgow without road tax,bunch of cowboys

Good evening Thomas upon purchasing the vehicle you were made aware I didn’t have the v5 at the current time due to the vehicle coming off a private plate which is totally normal as can take a week sometimes several for it to come back! As for the tyres the vehicle was deemed road worthy meaning there was legal tread on the vehicle as for the puncture this could have been caused at any given time from myself to you in the 3 hour journey as it hadn’t ever been pumped up whilst on our forecourt for the couple of weeks it’s was on for.

DHL unreliable

Got a message to say item would be delivered but later got a message to say they couldn't find property,a few days later after not hearing anything from DHL I called and trying to explain the problem to someone in another country and that my address was correct,later I got a message saying they had lost item and to contact sender which I did and took another 5 days for DHL to approve a replacement being sent then got a message to say they would deliver on Tuesday and time slot but 10 minutes before delivery time they send message to say it would now be the next day lol I smell a rat time will tell if I ever get this item

Not good Hippo

Turned up with next to no petrol after saying they would make sure I got it with a full tank and forgot to bring new number plates even after I messaged them about it and only one key working poor Hippo

After being told item would be delivered between 4 to 7 day still not here after 19 days.contacted them a few times and they just kept saying they would contact royal mail and get back to me I then discovered the problem wasn't with royal mail but with them,they say item is dispatched when it hasn't been and try blaming others for there poor service

Not good,they say delivery is between 4 to 7 days I contacted them after 12 days and they said the would get back to me about item but they didn't, contacted them again about item and about them not getting back to me and I got message to say item is on its way and this is 2 weeks after putting in order

After paying more than £21,000 for my…

After paying more than £21,000 for my sons car i noticed they had different speed rated tyres fitted to front axle,not only is this dangerous but the tyre is also a lower speed rated tyre than whats fitted to the car from audi at new and car should never have been sold with a lower speed rated tyre than what audi recommend for safe driving. i contacted Evan Halshaw and was told they would call me on the 29 December when someone that knows about tyres would be in as they dont know anything about tryre so theres the reason why this has happend.i also asked salesman if it was tyre repair kit or space saver that was in the boot of the car and ye said it was a repair kit but when I went into the boot to get inflator as tyre pressure warning was on guess what no inflator or repair kit
