no answer and confirmation with my order...
i did not know that it is really , legit this site ,,, 1st time order here ,,
i was shocked that many people did not recieve there parcel on other day,base on the truispilot review just read it,, ,that if you order before 10 at nigth ,you recieve on other day,it says on the website deliver tommorow , so i hope they will send it ,and recieve it quick
i am expecting they answer my emails

Great CS service

I bought some perfume some months ago and the one I received was not the one I expected. The issue was that the picture in their web didn't match the name of the perfume. I contacted them about it and they were very fast and quick replying back and at the end they gave me a refund and asked me to keep the perfume in any case since it was a mistake I'm their side. The perfume was a cheap one but still they solved everything in a very satisfactory way for me. I feel very confident on buying from them in the future again.

Great store with great prices!

Excellent store with prices that frequently beat other stores/competitors. I regularly buy items from them and find them to provide quick efficient service. Unfortunately my latest delivery has been lost by DHL, but I have received updates about this.

Just what I needed

Was gemakkelijk om on-line te bestellen. Enige on-line web site waar ik alle drie types Pear's soap tegelijk kon bestellen, tegen goede prijs. Snelle levering. Niets om op aan te merken. Prima!

Received wrong products back to back

Ordered Head & Shoulders shampoo via beslist, got wrong product. Talked to customer service, was promised that the next shipment will be correct, so I place another order. And I receive the same order again. Extremely annoyed. The first agent even promised to talk to the warehouse, so they don't do the same mistake twice. Think twice before ordering, and especially if you need it urgently.

Reply to a response: You need to change/fix after the first wrong shipment. Not after back to back orders. Yes, I will return of course, but it is not about return.

For the second time you sent the wrong…

For the second time you sent the wrong product in a very short period , I have sent a complain to your customer service. Not acceptable to make the same mistake again in less than one month.

Helaas helaas. Hun marketing strategie is zo zwak als de tenen van cavia’s. De levertijd op de website is grote onzin!

I was very unhappy from the service

I was very unhappy from the service. The vitamins arrived very late, almost 2 weeks (!) after I ordered it. I didn’t even get a notification that it will take longer time than promised. When I finally got the package it was missing a product and they didn’t even tell me anything about it. Just send it like that (after charging my bank account for the complete order). When I wrote to them the told me they will have it in a few days and then send it to me... of course I asked for an immediate refund and gave up their service. This isn’t how things should be done.

Delivery service could be better

The package wasn't received on the next day as it was scheduled, but only two days after! Products quality was very good!

Not in stock, poor delivery

Items were not in stock, although the website said they were. One of my products was not delivered, and only after contacting them did they send it again. Took more than 10 days to have my complete order delivered.
