Received wrong products back to back
Ordered Head & Shoulders shampoo via beslist, got wrong product. Talked to customer service, was promised that the next shipment will be correct, so I place another order. And I receive the same order again. Extremely annoyed. The first agent even promised to talk to the warehouse, so they don't do the same mistake twice. Think twice before ordering, and especially if you need it urgently.
Reply to a response: You need to change/fix after the first wrong shipment. Not after back to back orders. Yes, I will return of course, but it is not about return.
