In Driver Easy, Disable the antivirus before updating drivers. Once I did this as guided by support, Driver Easy is worked as usual - excellent.

The program is very fast and reliable - I have been using it for several years now and find it better than others.

I've been using this product for years, and never had it screw up a driver, unlike Microsoft.

Out of 15 drivers it worked well except for one large driver it didn't install it right. I had to use my Avast Driver Update to install it right.
