I recently renewed my DE license(a month early)only to find out that the renewal starts on the day you LAST renewed it.So I asked for a refund(and got it).
However I think this is where DE fails.They should make clear when you renew that your renewal starts on the day you last renewed because in renewing early,you are cheating yourself of whatever amount of days you had left.

I find the DE app to be easy to use.
The only problem I always have had with this app is with the updating of Nvidia files.They are ALWAYS late(a day or more.),so I always check and update Nvidia myself.
I asked DE once about this and they told me they have to pre test it first.I contacted Nvidia who told me they are thoroughly tested before they ever release updates,so there should be no need for a third party testing of their products.
Other than this everything is good.
