I have been using Driver Easy for over 2 years as it is, in my opinion, the only way to make sure that the system drivers are at the latest version. This ensures system reliability and best performance, the attributes of which are not visible in every operation and normally not considered when experiencing system performance degradation or other issues. Driver Easy, as its name implies, is easy to use. After starting the app, it scans the system drivers and reports any that need to be updated, requests permission to update then downloads and installs the latest versions. Driver Easy have a very experienced support team who have responded promptly on the rare few occasions that I have had an issue, mainly with downloading new versions, which were resolved quickly. A very good value product and support for the low annual subscription.

Quicken is perfect for doing our family finances. I especially like the downloads from our banks and financial institutions, using the update function is so easy.
I would like to see a trimmed down report "wizard" to get a quick view of an account debits and credits by a selected parameter. Also a simplified reconciliation process for figuring out differences between "Online Balance" and "Ending Balance" for us "amateur" home accountants.

I had an issue updating 1 particular driver and so I reported it to support. I had a very prompt response from "Lily" who clearly explained the steps I needed to take to fix it. I followed Lily's instructions and it immediately resolved the issue.
