Got my money back

I changed my car insurance from Dina to Trygg Hansa and merged it with my home insurance in June 2024. The guy at Trygg Hansa informed me that Dina will get notified and it will be changed automatically. I even got a new offer from Dina with lower prices since they knew I changed to a new insurance starting Decmber 1st. I still got a charge from Dina försakring on Dec02 not with the lower price that they offered but the same price. Isn't that ridiculous. You're insuring an already insured car and while you send a new offer for the whole next year, you still go ahead and charge me the same price and take advantage of the autogiro. I need you guys to credit the amount back to me asap cos its become a scam at this point.

Hi I might be wrong but I still haven't received my money back that was promised by Dina's customer service. I'm copy pasting the email right here. You might wanna check with Dina so they can start reimbursing the money owed to make your job easier.

Tyvärr så verkar det som att det har blivit någon form av missuppfattning här.
Precis som du skriver så har du möjlighet att byta försäkringbolag vid förnyelsen. Däremot så sker det inte automatiskt.
Har det bolaget du byter till informerat dig om att din försäkring hos oss kommer att avslutas så är det deras ansvar att se till att den gör det. För att kunna avsluta försäkringen hos oss så kommer det nya bolaget att skicka en uppsägning till oss, varpå vi avslutar din försäkring från förnyelsen. Tillvägagångssättet är likadant oavsett försäkringsbolag.

Välkommen att höra av dig till oss igen så hjälper vi dig att få rätt på det!💚

I had a typo on my shipping address

I had a typo on my shipping address. I realize that right after I clicked the button ORDER. Right away I contacted Support and they told me its impossible to change the address after you've made your order. I mean thats a fecking joke right there. I was able to receive my order not thanks to Fyndiq but to Postnord. What a joke...nowhere in the world a company would tell you that you're unable to change your shipping address cos thats very sensitive information. Never ordering from these armatures again!

The product has been advertised wrong

The product has been advertised wrong. Its not a bluetooth dongle...its a bluetooth audio adapter. I dont need an audio adapter so I have no use for what you guys sent.
