Twice had problems with the service. Both times servers were deleted without any possibility to restore those. Both times it was tha fault of the service. Have your backups, obviously, and stay sharp with their support and services in general.

Last time i paid for 1 year service and for 2 months my server was offline and unavailable, they kept telling me the problem will be solved at some point, its still not solved.

Stay away.

Absolutely gorgeous, including support services. Had a problem once, and it took 3 days for support to investigate and unfreeze my account, but at least they have REAL PEOPLE ON THE CASES! Highly recommend.

Don't bother using the service. This is the notice i only have inside my account (not in the email), after i provided all the necessary information to the compliance team. They asked 1 question, they got the answer, and blocked my card without proper notice in my email.

They get ALL your personal data and give nothing in return. You verify ABSOLUTELY everything on all platforms with all possible and impossible documents and you receive same results!

Matchmaking system is not working. Everyone leaves the game. Don't bother starting. Scripters in EVERY MATCH nowadays.

Company ignores their clients. We know where it goes.
