I had an absolutely fantastic experience in DID Electrical Limerick last week. Stephen went above and beyond to help me when my phone had suddenly broken.
He was incredibly patient, kind and understanding of my needs. Explaining all my options clearly and making sure I left completely satisfied. Nothing was too big of an ask and he was happy to assist me.
It has honestly been a long time since I have experienced such attentive and genuine customer service. He gave me his honest opinions and gave me great piece of mind about such a significant purchase.
He was a brightness in a very stressful week and I cannot thank him enough! Excellent customer service. I will definitely use DID Limerick as my go to place as well as recommending it to friends and families.

We recently bought several appliances…
We recently bought several appliances from DID Limerick, and overall it was a very good experience. All items were delivered on time except for one — the washing machine — which was delayed by about a week due to some back-and-forth with delivery schedules.
That said, I want to highlight the excellent service we received from the installer, Keith. He was exceptionally professional, patient, and thorough throughout the process. Despite facing issues caused by construction-related clogs, he visited multiple times to ensure everything was installed perfectly.
While the minor delay was a bit inconvenient, the quality of service — especially from Keith — more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend DID Limerick for their range of products and their great after-sales support.
