I went to look for a replacement laptop…

I went to look for a replacement laptop at DID, Childers Rd, Limerick. I was met by Austin and explained my use for the laptop and the available budget. He was very personable and took time to understand what I required. I looked at a number of models and he advised me on the laptop that best suited my needs, which I purchased. Austin was very professional and the overall shopping experience was very positive.

Please express my complements to your sales team for their efficiency and professionalism.
Unfortunately I had to travel to my local post office to pay €10 to the Irish Customs Service for them to release the two keys ordered. Overall, it was great dealing with you but it was a pity about the excessive customs duty. Is there any way around this in future?
