Service agent went above and beyond expectations…
Service agent very helpful in checking powertool codes to correctly identify specific battery needed for my Makita drills. As company did not stock required batteries, agent went further and identified another supplier as I wanted only genuine Makita parts. Superb service from Dylan very patient and went above and beyond to help.
